As a major distributor of fine salon and spa equipment, Salon Equipment International makes the following commitments:

• We carry only top name brand equipment from manufacturers that stand behind their product. We do not substitute lesser quality equipment in place of name brand items.
• Our sales staff will give you accurate information and advice about our lines of equipment and furniture, allowing you to choose the equipment that best suits your needs. We want you to have the best equipment available that suits your budget, and we will not pressure you into equipment that you don't need or can't afford.
• We will honor all warranties and guarantees made by the manufacturer and will help facilitate any claims made by our customer. In addition, we will make available extended warranties above and beyond those made by the manufacturer.
• Due to the fact that we deal with a wide variety of beauty salon and spa equipment manufacturers, delivery times of equipment will vary. We will not mislead you regarding delivery times, and will help you plan the arrival of your equipment to best suit your schedule.
